Hi! I’m Jak.

I’m a wife, mother and writer living in sweet Tennessee. I write about faith, motherhood, homemaking and leading a quiet life. When I’m not writing, you can find me in the garden amongst our chickens or sitting on the porch knitting. Or changing a diaper. Most importantly, I’m trying to be a saint and raise one.

I don’t have a newsletter schedule — I promise not to fill your inbox just to keep my writing on your mind. I release writings when I feel moved and inspired. I am a wife and mother before I am a writer — In this new season of motherhood, writing comes when writing comes! I am thankful for this space, community and the opportunity to share with you when writing does knock on my door.
